1. Who we are
De-Affluence4All Edible Concept ("we", "us") operates a membership and empowerment network built on a 3×3 forced matrix compensation model. This is a profit oriented membership networking business — not a government agency, not an NGO, and not an investment scheme.
2. Membership
Registration requires a valid sponsor referral link and a one-time registration fee of ₦3,000, which is non-refundable. Upon registration, members receive a starter food kit worth ₦1,000 immediately. Your sponsor is recorded for matrix placement purposes.
3. Compensation
Rewards are earned through the 3×3 forced matrix compensation model. To qualify for earnings beyond the starter level, you must have at least 3 direct referrals. Edibles and cash rewards are distributed according to the generation-based payout schedule as your matrix grows. After the 10th generation, you must sponsor at least 1 new person per month to maintain continued access to all benefits and compensation.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not misrepresent this programme as a guaranteed-income opportunity, an investment, or a scheme where payment is required primarily to unlock payments from other members' fees. Any misrepresentation of guaranteed income or earnings may result in immediate account termination.
5. Payments
Registration payments are made by bank transfer to the company account shown on the payment page, and are confirmed manually by our team from the receipt you upload. We never ask for your card details. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Termination
Either party may end the membership relationship at any time. Rewards already earned and approved prior to termination remain payable; no future rewards accrue after termination.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Your Registration towards DE-AFFLUENCE4ALL EDIBLE CONCEPT food and cash networks does not guarantee earnings and awards of any kind and it's non-refundable. The only guarantee to earnings and compensation is your adherence to the following: (i) You have to bring in three (3) prospects. (ii) You have to keep the chain growing. (iii) After tenth generation, you must sponsor at least a person monthly to ensure your stable access to all benefits. (iv) When you reach the tenth generation, you must register a person that is financially helpless and hopeless by yourself and manage the generations, while the person will enjoy all the benefits both in food and cash.
