These are the rules every member agrees to. They exist to keep the network honest, for you, for the people you introduce, and for the community as a whole.
These Policies and Procedures form part of your membership agreement with De-Affluence4All Edible Concept (CAC Business Name registration 7858825). Accepting them is a condition of registering, and they apply for as long as you remain a member.
We may update these policies. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email, and you will be asked to accept the new version.
You are not an employee, agent or partner of the company. You are an independent member who participates in the 3×3 forced matrix network. You are responsible for your own taxes and your own expenses.
You may not enter into contracts, open accounts, or incur any obligation in the company's name.
You must never promise anyone a specific income, guaranteed earnings, or a return on money paid. Earnings depend entirely on the growth of your matrix network, and results vary. Our published Income Disclosure Statement shows real figures.
You must never describe membership as an investment, a savings scheme, or a guaranteed way to make money. You must not use the company name, logo or branding in advertising you have not had approval, and you must not create websites, social accounts or adverts that appear to be operated by the company.
Members join exclusively through a sponsor's referral link. You must never pressure or mislead anyone about the nature of the opportunity. Any benefit you earn from your network comes from the growth of the matrix, not from joining itself.
You must not register people without their knowledge, or inflate your team through fraudulent means. This is grounds for immediate termination.
Members are placed into a 3×3 forced matrix upon payment of the ₦3,000 registration fee. Spillover placement is handled automatically by the system. Your position in the matrix determines your eligibility for edibles and cash rewards across generations.
To qualify for rewards beyond the starter level, you must have at least 3 direct referrals. After the 10th generation, you must sponsor at least 1 new person per month to maintain access to all benefits.
Edibles and cash rewards are credited according to the generation-based payout schedule as your matrix grows. Payouts are made to a bank account in your own name. We cannot pay into an account belonging to someone else. Your account must be verified before you can withdraw.
We may withhold or reverse a reward where it arose from fraudulent activity.
You must not register under a false name, or register on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Your sponsor is recorded when you join and does not change. Your sponsor can see your activity, such as when you last logged in, but never your personal earnings balance, your bank details, or your private notes.
You may stop being a member at any time by telling us. We may end a membership where these policies are breached, in particular for income misrepresentation, fraudulent referrals, or creating fake accounts.
Rewards already earned and approved before termination remain payable. No further rewards accrue afterwards.
Raise any dispute through Help in the app. Every ticket is recorded, assigned to a member of staff, and answered in writing so there is a record on both sides.
These policies are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
