Registration and Payments

There is no provision for refund off any payment.

Commission reversals

If a payment underlying a commission is reversed by a payment provider, the associated commission entries may be reversed from your ledger.

In plain terms:When a new member joins through your referral and pays the ₦3,000 registration fee, a commission reward is recorded in your account. If that member's payment is later cancelled or reversed by the bank or payment system — for example, because it was a failed transaction that was wrongly processed — then the commission that was added to your ledger for that payment will also be removed. This only affects commissions that came from a payment that was reversed. All other approved and paid commissions remain unaffected.
